Return and Exchange

We understand that sometimes your order does not meet your needs, but this is not a problem. All products can be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the goods. Products that exceed 30 days will not be accepted for return.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, all returned and exchanged products must meet the following conditions:
The returned products must be new, unused, unwashed, odorless, and free of any damage. The products should retain the original packaging, tags, accessories and other complete packaging, and have no signs of use.
Please note that some promotional or discounted products may have special return and exchange restrictions. Please contact customer service for specific circumstances.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Contact customer service
Before applying for a return or exchange, please contact us through our customer service email at care@weareria.com to explain the reason for the return or exchange, and provide the order number and relevant photos.

2. Return product confirmation
Once we receive your return or exchange application, the customer service team will review your request and reply to you within 1-2 working days with the processing results. If the conditions for return and exchange are met, we will provide a return address or exchange instructions.

3. Product return
Pack the product properly and send it back by traceable mail according to the return address provided by the customer service.
Please keep the mailing receipt and courier number to track the package.

4. Refund processing
We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct.
The refund will be returned to your payment account or original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on your payment method.

5. Exchange processing
If you apply for an exchange, we will process the exchange for you as soon as possible after the product is returned and send a new product. If the required product is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement product.

Cost Description

Return and exchange freight
For returns due to quality issues, we will bear the return freight.
For other returns due to personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, dislike of color, etc.), you need to bear the return freight yourself.

Important Reminder

Product inspection: All returned goods will be quality checked to ensure that the goods are not damaged or have signs of use.
Exceeded application: Applications that exceed the return and exchange time limit will not be processed. Please make sure to check the goods in time after receiving them and apply for return and exchange within the specified time.
Cleaning and maintenance: Returned goods must be in new condition and ensure that they have not been used, washed or contaminated.
